Privacy Notice

Effective 23 September 2026 · Version 1.0

This Privacy Notice explains how Interfaceful Systems LLC ("Interfaceful", "we", "us"), 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, collects and uses personal information when you visit www.interfaceful.com (the "Site"). Interfaceful is the data controller for the processing described here.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. When you request the brochure, schedule a demo or contact us, we collect your name, work email address, organisation, job title and any message you write.
  • Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamp) for security and troubleshooting. When you submit a form we also record your IP address, browser user-agent, the page you were on and the referring page.
  • We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, social-media pixels or fingerprinting on this Site.

How we use it and on what legal basis

  • To respond to your request (send the brochure, arrange a demo, answer a question). Legal basis: performance of steps you asked for prior to a contract; our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
  • To send product updates, only if you ticked the optional box. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.
  • To keep the Site secure and prevent abuse (spam filtering, log review). Legal basis: legitimate interest.
  • To comply with law where required.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who receives your information

  • Hosting and email: GoDaddy Operating Company, LLC (United States) hosts the Site and delivers form notifications to our team mailbox.
  • Video: the About page embeds videos from YouTube (Google LLC) using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. Google may process your IP address when a video loads or plays, under Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Professional advisers and authorities where required by law or to protect our rights.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and store data there. If you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent recognised mechanism with our providers. Contact us for a copy of the relevant safeguards.

Retention

Enquiry and lead records are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or you ask us to delete them sooner. Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw consent, plus a short period to evidence compliance. Server logs are rotated by our host within 30 days.

Security

The Site is served over HTTPS. Form data is stored outside the public web root on the server, restricted to authorised personnel, and protected by the hosting provider's controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting you we will notify you as required by law.

Children

The Site is intended for business users and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this notice from time to time. The effective date above will change and, for material changes, we will post a notice on the Site.

Your rights by region

Depending on where you live you may have some or all of the rights below. To exercise any of them, email we@interfaceful.com. We will verify your request and respond within the period required by law (generally 30 days in the EEA/UK, 45 days in California). We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland (GDPR / UK GDPR / FADP)

  • Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (for the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
  • We have not appointed an EU or UK representative because our processing is occasional and low-risk; we will do so if that changes.

California (CCPA / CPRA)

  • Right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold, the sources, the purposes and the categories of recipients.
  • Right to delete and right to correct.
  • Right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing". We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CPRA, and we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted.
  • Categories collected in the last 12 months: identifiers (name, email, IP address), professional information (organisation, job title), internet activity (pages visited). Categories disclosed for a business purpose: all of the above, to our hosting provider.
  • Authorised agents may submit requests with proof of authority.

Other US states (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon and others)

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights of access, correction, deletion, portability and opt-out of targeted advertising, sale or profiling. We do not engage in targeted advertising, sale or profiling with legal effects. Appeals of a refused request may be sent to the same address, marked "Appeal".

Canada (PIPEDA and provincial laws)

You may access and correct your personal information and withdraw consent, subject to legal or contractual restrictions. Complaints may be directed to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Brazil (LGPD)

You have the rights of confirmation, access, correction, anonymisation, portability, deletion, information about sharing, and revocation of consent. Our contact for LGPD purposes is we@interfaceful.com.

Australia (Privacy Act) and other jurisdictions

You may request access to and correction of your information. If you are in a jurisdiction not listed, contact us and we will handle your request under the law that applies to you.

Marketing email (CAN-SPAM, CASL, PECR)

We send product updates only with your opt-in. Every marketing email identifies us, includes our postal address and a working unsubscribe link, and we honour opt-outs within 10 business days.

Cookies and local storage

This Site does not set tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not run analytics. The Site uses only what is strictly necessary to function:

  • Session and security: our hosting platform may set a strictly necessary cookie to serve the Site securely. It contains no personal data and is not used for tracking.
  • YouTube embeds (About page): videos are loaded from youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which does not store personalised-advertising cookies. YouTube may still use local storage on your device to remember player settings when you press play. See Google's cookie policy.

Because no non-essential cookies are used, no cookie consent banner is shown. If we add analytics or other non-essential cookies in the future, we will request your consent first where the law requires it.

Terms of Use

By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms govern the website only; use of the Interfaceful software and services is governed by a separate licence or master agreement.

Informational purpose

Content on the Site, including the brochure, product descriptions, pricing indications, roadmap statements and case studies, is provided for general information. It does not constitute an offer, warranty or binding specification. Features, pricing and availability may change without notice. Illustrative case studies describe representative scenarios; results vary by environment.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the Interfaceful name and mark, "Interfaceful Fabric™", "intOS™" and the underlying code, are owned by Interfaceful Systems LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. No licence or right in any content or mark is granted by implication or otherwise.

Brand use

You may refer to Interfaceful by name in plain text to describe our products truthfully. You may not use the Interfaceful logo, wordmark, Interfaceful Fabric™ or intOS™ marks, or any confusingly similar name or design, in your own branding, domain names, product names, advertising or social-media handles without our written consent. We respond to valid notices under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act and equivalent laws.

Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the Site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or to related systems, scrape or harvest data, submit false or misleading information through our forms, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

Third-party links and content

The Site links to and embeds content from third parties (for example YouTube). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, content or privacy practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interfaceful Systems LLC and its officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or statutory consumer rights.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. State and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers in the EEA, UK or other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer-protection rules retain the protections and forum rights of their home country.

Export control

Information on the Site may be subject to US export control and sanctions laws. You agree not to access or use it in violation of those laws.

Changes and severability

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version here. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
